YMCB National Coordinator for Belgium.

Nicolás joined AEIDL in March 2017 as Thematic Network Coordinator for Migration and Simplification for the ESF Transnational Platform.

Currently, he is the National Coordinator for Belgium in the frame of the Young Migrants Capacity Building (YMCB) project.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Applied Economics focusing on the study of poverty and the labour market.

He has broad international experience both in research and dissemination of results through the organisation of events and outreach strategies: Centre for the Study of Democracy (Bulgaria), Spanish Embassy in Sofia (Bulgaria), University Torcuato di Tella and Ashoka (Argentina), University of Stavanger (Norway), as well as solid experience in events management in Brussels at the European Commission and Brussels-based secretariat of the European Network of Equality Bodies.

Nicolás is a Spanish native speaker and has full English proficiency as well as a good grasp of Italian, French and Bulgarian.
