Impact Task Force Coordinator & Social Economy Network Facilitator.

Aleksandra works as a Freelance expert in the field of social economy and social innovation. She joined the AEIDL team in 2015.

At AEIDL, she is a member of the Platform for Transnational Cooperation for the European Social Fund which enables European member states to achieve their employment and social policy goals. She also facilitates the Social Innovation Community project which is a social economy network of Horizon 2020 .

Aleksandra previously worked in one of the Support Centres for Social Economy in Poland and as a specialist in the Polish Ministry of Economic Development, mainly dealing with the coordination of the European Learning Networks in good governance and social entrepreneurship and also designing the scheme for social innovation implementation within European Social Fund.

Aleksandra has two Master’s degrees in European Studies and Communication for Development from Malmo University in Sweden. She is also an alumni of Ashoka’s Visionary Programme for social entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs.

She speaks Polish (mother tongue), English, German and some French, Spanish and Swedish.
