Thematic Network Coordinator, ESF Transnational Platform.
Anne-Charlotte Joubert graduated from the University of Nanterre, Paris X (with a B.A. in English and Spanish languages), and studied for one year at the University of Southern Denmark in Odense. She also holds a Masters degree in European Affairs and International Relations – option European Project Management, from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, France. Her M.A. thesis was focused on “European Mobility: a tool in favor of Youth insertion”.
Anne-Charlotte worked at the European Confederation of Independent Winegrowers where she implemented the MoWine Programme, a mobility dedicated programme for young independent winegrowers, before joining AFEC, a training organisation, where she was in charge of developing the European department and the implementation of life-long learning projects, including mobility projects under the former LEONARDO programme.
Anne-Charlotte was then an independent consultant specialised in funding in various areas such as Employment, Training, Culture and Education, Environment and Energy. She assisted customers for their business development, ranging from the identification of relevant funding opportunities, the set up of applications to project management and implementation.
She also provided tailor-made coaching classes on EU Funding. She holds solid knowledge of European programmes including ERASMUS+ and ESF (she wrote various feasibility reports for customer including studies on the ESF programmes in different EU countries - France, Belgium, Spain, Croatia, Poland, and Romania).
Anne-Charlotte recently joined the AEIDL as a Thematic Network Coordinator for ESF Transnational Cooperation Platform.
She speaks both French and English.
