Tim Hudson’s career spans over 20 years of experience in EU policy and media work. Tim currently works on a freelance basis for AEIDL, editing and writing publications produced on behalf of the European Commission’s LIFE programme and the Rural Evaluation Network Helpdesk.
In addition to a high volume of work in the EU Member States he has been involved with high level strategic planning support for international development organisations in the Western Balkans and Caucasus Regions. His range of freelance skills extends from policy advice to practical project-level management and written communication services.
This varied and flexible skill set has been gained during management roles with Leader LAGs, Scotland’s Objective 1 ERDF Programme and a group of Eastern European EU policy support companies. Sustainable development initiatives have featured prominently throughout all of this work, which reflects Tim’s strong academic qualifications in this field.
Tim now lives in Luxembourg after spending three years in Lithuania. His mother tongue is English and he continues to improve his understanding of French and Lithuanian.
